Hello! You’ve reached the website of Darryn DiFrancesco, Ph.D. I’m an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Northern British Columbia. I am a sociologist by training, but my background is interdisciplinary, and spans communications, environmental studies, international development, and health.

I’ve created this site to house information about current research projects, publications, and other features related to my work, which broadly relates to the social dimensions of health.
